Recognizes a business that has demonstrated leadership and achievement in any of the following:
* Management of time, resources, or quality for the benefit of the organization.
* Implementing innovation in administration policies or process in the field of management.
* Demonstrating excellence in management strategy or management best practices.
The Award is intended to recognize the general management achievements in an organization located in Manitoba. Nominees need not be members of CIM. Nominees should be an organization with a presence in Manitoba, with working management or supervisory level personnel and are directly responsible for the management of the organization resources (human or otherwise).
