Graduates of the program will have a broader knowledge base, be more effective in managing human and physical resources and earn the right to use the designation C.I.M. ("Certified in Management") after their name. Currently, alumni can be found at all levels of the business community, including company presidents. Enthusiastic responses from service, technical, quality control, design engineering, industrial sales, marketing, financial, and production planning organizations further confirm the high calibre of CIM graduates.
The program, which normally takes four years to complete, consists of seven required courses and one elective course. For a full course outline, please visit the University of Manitoba's online course outline page.
